@chaomancer: Froggy, on the TV show, was an imp that appeared behind a professor giving a lesson. He would utter incorrect words that the professor would unwittingly insert into his lecture, much to the delight of the children watching.

To be honest, this was just the perfect excuse to buy some of those chocolate eggs. What I discovered, was that kids are spoiled. Back when I was young, we would find crappy toys we actually had to assemble. Now they come pre-assembled. The current batch contains Asterix (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asterix) characters, because of the comic strip's 50th anniversary. Of course! The moon landings were all a cover up! Moments before this picture was taken the visor was down, everyone assumed they were looking at Buzz Aldrin or Neil Armstrong. I'm sure if you looked in to the history of it you could find links between Rocket Dog and Laika, the Russian dogmonaut. Maybe they're form the same litter. Rocket Dog found a mysterious substance (a 2001 experience?) to encourage long life and has been going strong ever since. Perhaps he evolved. He's had hand in history ever since. He's like a canine Forrest Gump! He probably had a hand in Glasnost. The fall of the Berlin wall was really down to secret negotiations led by Rocket Dog (whose real name is protected). Crumbs! Who knew?
