This is very much a New Zealand thing, both image and the quirky tea-towel-ness. See www.mrfoursquare.co.nz for more.

That is a great find. Love the surrounding illustrations too. Kind of in the same vein as what I have on my wall!

Aww thanks! They're actually illustrations that seem to have come from a book. We found them at an antique story in Half Mood Bay.

This was given to me by a Vietnamese man who had just arrived from a Refugee Camp. It was folded up tightly, in a little brown sandwich bag, and given to me in a humble manner. When I got home I unfolded it, and realized it was 2' by 3'. I later found that he had worked for two years on this.....the finest needlepoint I have ever seen. It actually looks like a painting. It is now framed and in my office, and one of my greatest possessions!

Thanks! The illustrations, inspired by the animals on the O'Reilly series, were found in a couple books of old animal engravings. The skull I found on a random Pittsburgh-to-NYC road trip pit stop at Cabela's, the most awesome and amazing outdoor supply store ever! They have a giant 50 foot taxidermy mountain in the middle of the store! I haven't tested the skull's whiskey storing feature yet, though that seems like a good idea.

bath rules:
1. turn off all lighs and fans when you are done
2. if you get water on the floor, clean it up (that's what rags are for)
3. don't use other peoples things (soap, shampoo, etc) feel free to buy your own things.
4. keep the sink wiped offif you make a mess

Three months after I moved to New York I had an emotional meltdown whiile sitting at the bar with my uncle. I had no idea what I was going to in this place, so far from home. He listened to me sob about everything from missing family to missing Tex-mex and then he told me to , "Man up and grow a pair". A few weeks later he painted this painting for me. Next week, I will celebrate my 2nd year of living in NYC and this painting will always be a reminder that sometimes you just need to step up and grow a pair.

I just bought this, so it's not technically on my wall YET, but I'm planning on hanging it as soon as I get it framed. I found it in a vintage store in Austin and I think my heart skipped a beat when I saw it. I love posters and I love Woody Allen and I love this movie. Dream come true. Best $45 ever spent!
