I use my notebook for everything. Collegenotes, interviews, appointments.. This page contains notes from a presentation at the E3 in Los Angeles this year. It was a dark room and I was sitting uncomfortably on the ground. This combined with the fast talking is cause for a terrible handwriting. The fact that I can't hold a pen right since elementary school doesn't help either.

A page from my copy of Wreck This Journal. The fruit sticker collection started out all innocent like but has now become an obsession. I have stickers on my steering wheel, on surfaces around my house, and sometimes will stick them on my shirt to put in the book later, but forget and wear them around all day.

This is from 1992. The sketch is of the band Curve playing at Axis in Boston, the lyrics are from a UK band called Felt. The equations are from an international economics class I took. Or econometrics. It's all a blur.

I took a 3D Design Class in my second semester of college. Well, it so happened that the class was basically sculpting, which is not my strength, so I spent most of my time drawing skulls.

Yes! I'm going to write a short novel. I'm always pro-rescue dog, but there's still a gamble. Any dog can have health issues (case in point my rescued puppy who's ALWAYS sick). HOWEVER if you go to a reputable breeder they should have done health screenings on the parent dogs before breeding them and should give you a written health guarantee for your puppy. Most responsible breeders (re: responsible) will replace/refund the puppy if they die or become seriously ill with in the first two years of life, as well as offer life-long support of you as a pet owner. The problem is with backyard breeders who don’t know what they’re doing and sell sick dogs, don’t mix up the gene pool, etc. The only breed-specific local rescue I’m familiar with is NorCal Boxer Rescue (because that’s my favorite breed). Their website is http://ncbr.org/ca/. You can also look on www.petfinder.com for lots of good rescue dogs (You can search by breed). Or the AKC lists breed specific rescues. That way if you have a dog breed you’re interested in, you can still get a rescue. http://www.akc.org/breeds/rescue.cfm
