No hating. But @lewisfilms makes a valid point. I happen to adore updates from my friends and I don't follow users whose drivel I don't want to know about. It is an amazing tool. Did you happen to follow the up-to-the-second coverage of the Iran election by Iranians who were in the middle of the protests? It was an amazing thing to be witness to and to know that the little tool that I frequently use to let everyone know that I'm enjoying a beer was helping shape a not-quite-revolution.

The same greasy sugar-coated americanized crap you could find at any corner shack, only marked up another 200% and served in a nightmare of stucco and pretension with the word "bistro" slapped on for good measure.
It never fails, whenever I'm in a group trying to decide where to go, somebody brings it up. It's the only restaurant I've ever refused to visit.
...and the last time I caved (it was a friend's birthday dinner) I got food poisoning. I thought I was eating a small fried shrimp-body... that's what it looked like. Later I realized there were no shrimp bodies in the dish... the spiky thing with small appendages coming off was more likely a cockroach.

I don't like french fries OR ketchup. Together or separately. There is only one bar (Runyon's) that has tolerable fries, and the only time I will use ketchup is on a corndog, and then just a dab.

WHAT! Maybe you just did not realize that French Fries are actually pieces of potatoes, cut up, and then fried. Next to the rendered fat of a vestal virgin, it's natures most perfect food.
