i posted my sunrise on an earlier mission... this is one of my fav sunrise pics. i post a daily horoscope blog on myspace and always add an attractive graphic so ive rifled thoughed thousands.

I saw the mission after the sunrise (but in all honesty, probably would not have gotten up anyway). Here's a nice photo from earlier this summer.

05:45GMT - Central London dawn is so pretty. Not! Officially sunrise was at 6am, but it was very light from about 05.10 and I would have had to walk about a mile to get a shot including the horizon!

6:15, before the sun rose. No songbirds -- they are no longer nesting, but I hear some crows, and in the trees a red squirrel is chirping at me.

It's cool this morning in Minnesota (51F). Everything is covered in dew. Some plants' leaves are closed tight, new flower buds are swelling and ready to pop, old rose petals fall to the ground.

The air is very fragrant at the moment.
