Do any of you old timer North Americans remember Night Flight on the USA Network? Videos pre-MTV. Cooler music, too. I remember the first day (or night, it was midnight) they started broadcasting MTV. Made it to about 3am before they started playing repeats. Ahhh, the good old days. Now all the old VJ's are on satellite radio. Ok, I'm done strolling down memory lane.

I love every one of their videos. Saw them live at house of blues before they were famous (local chicago band). They're just as cool in person, always a great show

True Faith - New Order
Can't believe this was 23 years ago!
Here's what Wikipedia ssys about it:
The release of "True Faith" was accompanied by a surreal music video directed and choreographed by Philippe Decouflé. In it, bizarrely costumed dancers leap about, fight and slap each other in time to the music; while a girl in dark green makeup emerges from an upside down boxer's speed bag and signs the lyrics. The video has often been voted amongst the best music videos of its year. Sky Television's channel The Amp, for instance, has it rated as the best video of 1987, and it won the BPI award for Best Promotional Video in 1988. The video was inspired by Bauhaus artist Oskar Schlemmer's Triadische Ballet.
