I "borrowed" this Pantone swatchbook from a friend quite a few years ago. He never said anything. Maybe he was just being nice. It is open to the page that shows PMS 363, the color of my Pantone coffee mug, for you astute Tweakers.

This rooster belongs to my friend Stephanie who moved to Germany. I went to hang out with her the day before she left and she was giving away all of her stuff. But she was sad to give this away because it was a random gift from her grandmother. I promised that I would hold onto it until she moved back to the states.

Rather than going to an anticipated art walk or seeing a gorgeous girl I spent my day making sure that what shouldn't be in my home/yard will not be soon.

I get phone books like there's no tomorrow. The white and blue bags on the top are new ones. I'm not sure how this company is still in business — everybody I know uses teh interwebz to find things.

  in england the equivalent company seems to do most of their business online or via directory enquiries. the books are still around but are less of a staple.

Not to worry though, it will not be here for long.
My willpower is strong as long as my pantry is empty. But today I went to a different store than usual for my weekly shopping. My regular store does not carry these chips. Things are better that way.

Me. I should be happily installed in a flat 1,024 miles away (by car- by foot, including two ferries and a strange Lithuanian detour it's 1,413 miles which would apparently take 8 days and 14 hours)

I loved third year maths, so my teacher lent me a book on matrices and vectors and stuff. I'm going into fifth year in a few months - maybe it should be returned sometime...
