My wrist looks really weird in this photo, but never mind.
I scratched the face about 3 weeks after I bought it about 3 years ago when I fell up the stone steps at the school I was teaching at in Germany. Still, longest lasting watch I've ever had!

I stopped wearing a wristwatch when I got my first cellphone, and I continue to rely heavily on my iPhone because it's either in my pocket or on a surface next to me, and my computers because my face is in front of them all day. Other important clocks in my life are my alarm clock, my bathroom clock, and my kitchen clock. Those three are set at least 5 minutes fast for the trickery that I play on myself in the mornings.

I have a compulsion about always knowing what time it is, it drives me crazy not to know at any given time. I can't stand wearing a watch though, I can feel it rubbing on my wrist. I have at least one clock in EVERY room (yes, even the bathrooms), plus my laptop, phone, car clock, etc. I have a clock that projects the time onto the cieling in my room so all I have to do is open my eyes any time of night and I'll still know the time. It is an obssession!

That's awesome! I love clocks, watches, and am constantly checking the clock because I need to for my line of work (chef). I have at least 5 clocks in my apartment, just off the top of my head without counting phone and microwave.
