Channel four is Idaho Public Television. Everything on it is educational. This actually sounds kind of interesting to me, I might watch it. lol :)

What those without Digital Satellite TV (cable?) tune in on Channel 4 is the country's only free-to-air station, e.tv. To view the three channels operated by the state-owned South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC 1, SABC 2 and SABC 3) you are required to have an annual TV licence. As for what's on e... same rubbish as all the other stations :)

This would be 8 minutes into the Simpsons episode "Lisa the Beauty Queen" on Comedy Central. Either that, or 3 minutes into the Belgian weather forecast, which you can see here: http://www.deredactie.be/cm/vrtnieuws/weer I have several tv's and recorders and to keep things interesting, not all of them have the same channel listing/order.

That entry was very close to real-time-as-it-happened-on-tv. It has actually been a while since I sat down for a Simpsons episode. I like it whenever I come across it on tv, just never actually sit down to watch it. I don't really care much for weather forecasts ;)
