I would rather gargle broken glass. Seriously, why are we documenting empty trivialities and celebrating commercialism? This is not what I call "tweaking today". I was really hoping that TT would be uplifting, not banality and reveling in emptiness.

Something like this. Well, not this actual commercial, but one for the same cell phone carrier. It's just that this one makes slightly more sense than the other one. The only Dutch text at the end is 'friends share everything'. As for brand names on products, my days usually start with the same three: Samsung, Dell, Philips.

The first ad was car commercial on TV but I forgot to document which one. (tend to tune out advertisements, or forward through them)

Forwarding through commercials is my favorite way of 'getting back at' "them" :) Most car commercials look alike to me, so I wouldn't be able to remember which one either.

What, you don't want an education? Kind of an odd world, where the main reason to join the army, is to get an education. Something seems skewed here.

I've got a degree and it's got me a well paid job that I love. No need to join the army.

I'll say it again. Missions are not required to be deeply profound. Sometimes they are, most of the time they're not. Sometimes they're interesting, a lot of the time they're pretty facile, such as today's. We're just here to have a little fun, not change the world.
From the site FAQ: "The idea behind Tweak Today is that users rally behind a simple mission every day…"

I guess this post has bumped up your points total, so not a total loss, huh?
