I made a pitiful attempt by leaving about $1 worth of my spare coins in the train ticket machine. I used to love finding a spare 20 or 30c and good on those that buy tickets when so many fare evade :)

These two very cold, hungry dogs started following me while I was walking Lucy last December, after a huge snow storm.
What can I say? I am a sucker for dogs...
I made a flyer but I didn't post it anywhere. I kept them in the garage for a couple of days while debating "what to do?"
I called the SPCA and asked if anybody had lost two dogs in my Zip Code. After 20 minutes of questions, descriptions and backs-and-forths the lady on the phone found a close match. I called the number I was given and the very next day I met their owner and safely returned them. They spent 4 days with us, but they had been missing for 8 days. @kellydna: No, the owner won. I had 5 different people standing by ready to adopt them if I didn't find the rightful owner. Plus, it was good to see that Lucy can share the house with others.

I took a a bag of apples to the barn and gave all of the horses there a treat. These two are my fiancee's. The small one is full grown. He is a mini horse.

I held the elevator door. I don't always do this as I am on the top floor and get highly annoyed by making extra stops. Every now and then I feel generous.
