I live in Texas so I despise Summer. Here are the top 5 things that I am not looking forward to.
1. 120 degree temperatures
2. Mosquitoes the size of ravens
3. Burning myself on parts of my car(seat belt buckle, steering wheel, etc.)
4. My foul heat related moods
5. The brightness of it all

I like summer, although not when it gets so hot you can't breathe.
1. Not being cold when getting out of bed
2. Going to work in a t-shirt
3. Drinking in a beer garden
4. BBQs!

Summer is my favorite season. I love hot weather. I enjoy mountain biking, open windows, BBQ, and working outside.

I like spring better than summer. Unless it's a fairly 'cool' summer, I hate excessive heat.
1. "Summer vacation" ;)
2. Ice creams
3. Not needing a sweat shirt or rain gear
4. Refreshing summer rains
5. Sun setting later, so it feels like the evenings are longer

In general, summer is my least favorite season, being pale and all. But I do like the lack of school work, my summer job (sailing class instructor), the days of nothingness, the excuse to eat ice cream any time of the day, and the AC. I live in Texas so the only outdoor activity that is worthwhile in the summer is my summer job because of ridiculous temperatures.

I dislike summer, but I look forward to the days where the humidity level is just right. I look forward to the sun sometimes, but generally I like to hide from it. I look forward to bike rides on the cooler summer days. I can't think of anything else, hah.

all "maybe's" since I don't like summer (I like autumn, it's cooler, prettier, etc..)
1 - More daylight, means more scenic drives.
2 - Prettier skies.
3 - Gorgeous ocean/lake/river/pond visits.
4 - My b-day's in the summer and while I'm *not* looking forward to
that, it is a good excuse to have cake.

Aha. So'll take a scenic drive to the ocean (or pond) on a nice day with pretty sky, when there's no excessive heat. We'll stop for ice cream at least once, and end with cake, b-day or not ;)
