I'd like to start working out again regularly. I had started a 3/4 day a week schedule a few months ago, which actually lasted for like 6 weeks... but then work got RIDICULOUSLY busy. Hopefully when the dust settles I'll be back at it.

The habit of sleeping well. I used to be able to sleep pretty well (and long, but that's a different habit) but it's gone downhill as I am aging.

I think it gets worse for everyone. I can remember as a kid sleeping a good 8-9 hours straight without interuption. Now I'm lucky if I stay asleep for 4-5 hours

you gotta get past the pain.. it eventually gets better. Your body gets used to doing it, and eventually you actually crave it (released endorphins)
