Haha, I am off today! So are my coworkers. I brought them some cake last week, so that's it for snacks for a while, as far as I am concerned.

We have a candy dish at work and the other lady and I routinely bring in candies for it, mostly chocolate, as that was 'requested' and there's almost always something yummy in the dish. A thankless nicety, but we keep doing it. Why not?

You must live on the east coast like I do. We have the same wildlife here. I recognized all of them except for the grey bird with a black cap. It is the same shape and size of a mocking bird, but is colored differently than the ones we have here.

@te75uo: Yes, east coast it is. The bird in question is in the mockingbird family; it's a catbird, and they can also mimic many other bird calls.
