Probably boring and standard, but during bouts of flu or severe colds, I rely on chicken soup and orange juice. I don't care if it actually helps, just believing it will help is good enough to make me feel better. (freshly squeezed oranges and home made chicken soup would no doubt be much better, but eh ... that's not going to happen.)

Raw Coconut butter, yummy cooking oil/fat, moisturiser, massage oil, hair serum, makeup remover and lots of other uses.
