This is so funny...no I mean I'm happy for you, it's just that I started crocheting an afghan when I was pregnant and got it to about 2 1/2' X 6' and quit. My daughter is 21 now. Glad you finished yours.

Slept until 9:45, woke up to a rainy day. Gave the pups their treats, drank my Slim Fast, watched the news, played Mahjong, printed out info on a festival we're going to tomorrow, checked emails which led me here. Boring? Should've done this tweak almost any other day.

This antique table was passed down to me from my grandmother and I fitted each drawer with velvet dividers to hold jewelry. I love the floral artwork and the slight "crazing" in the paint.

I think the painting may be rosemaling, an old-fashioned Norwegian decorative style and technique. I'll guess the bird is a little pelican.
