I'd like to try to make jam sometimes. (maybe freezer jam since there's no canning involved). Rose petal jam sounds exotic. Tasty?

@stephie: i dont advice u make it :D just after searching if in your area are this kinds of roses ..are special type ..their perfume is very powerful.but is for sure very tasty :)

Are there any rose hips in there? I love rose hips, not sure about rose petals..
