So many condiments all dressed up & nowhere to go. I cooked what was left of my fresh food on Sunday & tend to just shop as needed. My freezer & pantry, on the other hand, are packed with sustenance (that I always forget I have - out of sight, out of mind).

I am a victim of 'out of sight, out of mind' as well. I have so much japanese noodles and curry sauce that I would very much enjoy eating, but I always forget they're there.
