I have diabetes. So I try real hard to eat healthy. I've once again started tracking my calories,etc & blood glucose. I get burned out on it & sometimes take a break from it all. But happily I must be doing the right thing most of the time because I'm losing weight.

I don't usually post such long status' : So I do have diverticulitis (swelling of large intestine). I was in a little pain tuesday afternoon. Left work at 2pm on wednesday for bed rest. Pain was worse this morning so after two hours at work I went to doctor then hospital for cat scan for confirmation of it. Now on liquid diet thru sunday. No Wendy Colonna concert for us tomorrow night :(

Its a hilarious podcast. But its not for everyone. It has off-color humor & its very politically incorrect. They talk about their relationship and they have guests on a regular basis (mostly comedians)
