Do you have pets? If so, gather some poo and put it in the plants. After stepping in it once or twice he may think again. (of course this is a nasty solution, but sometimes you get desperate enough). Alternatives to use are basically anything that smells or stains (coffee grounds, old grease, little containers of paint nicely concealed). Of course you might face a lawsuit about this if it damages the kids' clothes.

If the bank claims numbers don't match, have them prove/explain it to you. If number have always been the same, they should show you why the numbers are suddenly wrong.

Two things that worked for me (worked, because I'm slacking off now): make sure you know why you do it (it has to be because you want to change) and track the progress so you can feel good about what you achieved, no matter how little it may be at first. (have your boyfriend) take a picture of the 'before' and then compare it to the 'çurrent' situation from time to time. Track miles run or weight lost or whatever, and see how they increase over time.

If you use a Mac, use something like Freedom: http://macfreedom.com/ I've had this problem myself. Couldn't really solve it though. Setting specific work times and then rewarding yourself with some blogs/TT might work, but requires a lot of discipline.

there are little mouse droppings on my desk next to my laptop...
there is a strange message posted using my account that oddly seems to mention cheese as well. i think it may have something to do with the theory that if a mouse spends long enough walking on a keyboard eventually the word cheese will be spelt (i'm sure i read something about that somewhere)Nov 09, 2009 04:18 by coco-tidan. -

There are many (famous or fairly unknown) songs that can affect my mood. "One" by Metallica usually manages to change my mood to a dark one. (and I'm sendings this on a gprs connection, poor me)

Li Jie burst on the scene at the 2002 Asian Games, where he won two gold medals. One was in the 10m air rifle; the other was with his teammates in the men's group 10m air rifle. In winning the gold, he and his teammates Zhang Fu and Cai Yalin set a new world record with 1788 points. Li Jie also set a new Asian record in the 10m air rifle with 700.8 points. At the 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championships, he won the silver medal in the 10m air rifle and won qualification to the 2004 Athens Olympics. Li Jie also won the 10m air rifle at the 2002 World Cup. He came up big in Athens, taking home silver, and has his sights set on another medal in Beijing Olympics. make a list of everything that you think you ahve to do. Then make a second list of everything that will take less than half an hour. If these are recurring things, assign days to them. You'll feel much better.
