This came out at a time when I was pretty much a kid that was into playing "war" all the time. It made me very aware of the non-glamorous side of war, something I don't think was very much on my mind before then.

Stunt man. I'm pretty sure watching The Fall Guy had something to do with that. (There were several phases, none lasting too long, nothing serious, but this was one of them.) I did not actually do it. In fact, I have a habit of avoiding dangerous situations.

I don't really have a favorite album at the moment. But I heard this song in a record store the other day (while browsing movies and games to pass time waiting on a bus). Had I been 20 years younger I probably would've bought the cd right then. (20 years younger not because of the music, but because I was less responsible in my spending back then and I'd buy anything, which is how I ended up with quite some odd cd's in my collection.)

I lost touch with the last friend from high school a few years ago. I know what some of them did last time I saw them, but have no idea what they are up to now. Even though I met them at and when in high school, I wouldn't really consider them high school friends anyway. We didn't hang out in school, only after/outside of school.

A multi-touch table sounds like a great buy for the gamer in me. http://www.ideum.com/products/multitouch/professional/ With money to throw away on anything, a 3D/rapid prototyping printer sounds cool too, because I like the idea of being able to print my own objects.

I don't think I have a really strong love for any particular brand. But I used to be a big fan of Philips products (that's why this is the old logo). Their stuff used to last forever, I still have a tv and sound system that are over 15 years old and running just fine. Not sure about their current products though, it's been a while since I bought anything. Which probably is even more evidence I don't really "love" the brand.

Sorry, I do not have a specific design yet. But it would be designed so it could only be fired by a specific owner, DNA-matched. The gun would be connected to its owner's body. When fired, it would draw copious amounts of blood from the owner and instantaneously convert said blood into a hard bullet, which would then be fired. This way, anyone firing a gun would think hard before using it. Plus, it'll be easier to match murder victims using the DNA samples from the bullets.
