I had to spend the night at the airport. Since the only place to get food at 4am was a McDonalds, I ended up trying one of their McGriddles. All I can say is ... don't try this at home. There was some recognizable flavor to it, but both texture and looks made it seem like I was eating a rubber floor mat.

I try at all costs to avoid mcdonald's, even if it means starving. Mcgriddle I wouldn't touch for sure

Regards the McDonald's. I have never worked out why you get cheese with everything.
I mean.. why would anyone put cheese on a sausage and egg roll?!

that sucks. Ive been in similar situations, esp driving long distances. all it is is fast food for hundreds of miles, esp in the middle of the country (usa, go figure). Drives me nuts. I go to supermarkets.

Me too, cheese makes everything except fruit better. I hate fruity cheese, I think it's the sweet taste that causes it.

@kellydna: Nope! Brie belongs with bacon!
