There was someone who used to hang around a pub I frequent who would do this.
He came up with a sheet of paper, asked you to draw something, had a chat, thanked you, and left.

@thunderface: I really like the idea of other people having to come up with something to draw quickly ... it is this strange feeling of 'why? how? wtf? what?' ;-)
