    @jenaissance: that's what everyone said about it. I thought it was the sky while painting. I got it in a journal and I had a friend name it. He named it "The Great Barrier".

    @cineloh: nm, I found it off your page. I like peacocks a lot. I made my halloween costume last year which was a peacock costume, I wish I could of put that up, but it is in storage. I'm going to forward your store to my friend, she'll love it!

    @merendis: also, don't mix the veg with the tofu at the same time. you can add remaining mixture to the veg after the tofu is done if you want. the recipe is below.

    3 tbsp soy sauce
    I use like a half cup (or more half might be a lot) of maple syrup (like the pure Vermont stuff, it's thicker and tastier)
    like a teaspoon of red pepper flakes or chilli powder (some kind of hot spice for zazz)
    whisk this all together
    get some super firm tofu, and dry it out
    cube it up
    you can marinate it if you want in the frigde for a while and then fry it
    I usually put the cubes in a frying pan and dump the mixture over it and cook
    You have to cook it on low for a while or else it was burn and get all gloopy
    its delish with white rice and a stir fry

    Cheese and cocoa pebbles, I used to eat that when I was a kid. No milk though, just dry in a bag. I like maple syrup marinated tofu too. Let me know if you want the recipe.

    I drew a comic about the scenario once. I'm the girl. I can't take a picture of a shotgun or a saber because I don't own one, but that is what I would use. (dont tell the zombies)

    The maple smoked always seems like a good idea at the store, but gets kind of weird down the line. Good with dark, hoppy beer. We went to VT last weekend, there is a place there called "Cheese Traders" where you can get a lot of good cheese for cheap. This is where the sage and munster came from.

    @merendis: that's really neat. That guy was really nice, he didn't speak English well so we just sat in silence most of the ride. I wish US was more open to that sort of thing. I picked up hitchhikers this weekend in Vermont going to Montreal. They were nice kids and the girl was French.

    When I was 17 I hitchhiked to PA (I lived on Cape Cod) alone, I was wild. I got a ride from a Polish trucker. This story is really long, but the trucker gave me a pack of cigs and this lighter. The adventure was insane and life-changing. I keep the lighter as a reminder that I almost died once (the second half of the story). People try to use it, it's been dead for years, and they try to toss it in the trash, then I look crazy trying to explain why it is on the shelf with my photos and other personal trinkets.

      In Poland, hitchhiking's still pretty common. Before the wall fell, drivers were acually encouraged to pick up hitchhikers, and hitchhikers had stamps that they would give to drivers, which the drivers then collected in little booklets which, once filled, could be redeemed for hard-to-access valuables such as washing machines.

    aw that happened to me too. This cat that had been a stray was on our porch the morning after we moved in, the neighbors said she was a stray so we took her in, they couldn't because they had cats.

    YES! Totally agree, I thought of the same concept high, at 14 behind my high school. I'm sure a bunch of other people did too. It has/had been done a million times. Keanu Reeves in a scifi flick...ugh.

    As I marijuana lover and advocate, I did not like this movie. It made me sad. All potheads aren't stupid and lazy. Plus it was boring and predictable.
