What food from another country would you really like to try?

I have eaten many animals and foods. I haven't had much Indian food. So I'm going to say that. I see they have like 10 course meals and you just kind of mix and match. That seems like fun.

LOVE indian food. we go to an indian buffet for lunch occasionally and it is soooo good. except the goat curry. too chewy. But even the kids love everything else.

@jenaissance: I like what I've had, but mostly like buffet stuff. I have a weak stomach for things like that, although I like it a lot. Which is why I don't usually pick that option.
