  well I'm in Danmark (gmt+1) right now, but GMT doesn't have summertime, www.greenwichmeantime.com says 20.24gmt is 22.24 danish time..
  
  from the 6 tweaks that have already been submitted I can tell I'm not the only one that got a little confused :P
