I use this mini offset all day at work - to press down a scallop while searing, to move food while plating, to spread a sauce neatly on a plate. It's far more useful than I thought it would be when I forked over the $3.00 to get it. (my daily kitchen tool kit can be found on a previous post - here - http://tweaktoday.com/images/submissions/2756/large_IMG_1214.jpg)

Nice! I love my offsets too. Don't know how I would get by without them!
