Maldon Sea Salt.... It crystalizes naturally in this shape. Its got a wonderful delicate oceany taste. (I even eat it by itself on occasion, I know I'm weird.)

I'll have to see if I can find it. I bought some black sea salt a few weeks ago, but I can't recall why and I am not quite sure how to use it...

You can get it at Williams-Sonoma,or just google it to find it cheaper. It's a finishing salt. For instance, you season the outside of a stead and cook it. Then when you slice it you drop a few flakes on the unseasoned parts to finish the dish with balanced flavor.
