Who's to say what's dorky? I have this cat lamp left over from the 80s that had been packed away for years, but which seemed appropriate for my white desk when I got that. I also have this Star Trek pencil cup which may actually seem the dorkiest to the most people. The little Enterprise used to be suspended from the side, but it broke off.

Two seconds in this entry: it's my second try at this mission for which I shot my second beer through the remnants of my first. It's a plainer glass than the eggs, but I gave it more thought AND used a mini-tripod! Boulder Beer Mojo IPA. Delish!

Come quickly! I have to say, nothing about it really struck me as particularly special, but when I had to go there to take a test, I accidentally, grudgingly fell a little bit in love... Now it's only 8 days til I'm there again!

Ha! @ssmoke quoted from Sense and Sensibility which I am currently reading. Previously, I read P & P, also on my iPhone. (I keep mentioning that it's on the iPhone because it's actually a "tolerably pleasing" experience on that device.)

Bike, walk, light rail (the track in the background). Regardless of the mode, this is a picture of the route. My home and my office are less than two miles apart, so I do anything but drive my car. It's summer so I'm mainly biking. When it's cooler I prefer to walk, though I will bike down to about 15°F. (That's a few buildings of downtown Minneapolis just visible to the left, and the white blob is the Metrodome football/baseball stadium.)

Regardless of how diligently I am or am not following the SB guidelines, this remains one of my breakfast staples. I can't speak to the grocery prepared SB items because I've never tried any, but of the recipes I've made from the blue book, all but one have been quite tasty, and many are *very* tasty.
