When I was 4, I was scientifically certain that everything had hair, if shaved, would naturally regrow it. So I did a quite thorough scissors job on the living room's hairy (and expensive) carpet... my parents were very sweet and comprehensive, though, and all the fear for a punishment became a huge embarrassment.

This is one of the things I'm bound to do, but I've never done despite the chances. I'm near to Croatia where they tell me there are marvellous spots for diving. Thanks for the reminder, Seth.

As a substitute for flying, have you tried scuba diving in warm clear water? I used to dream of flying as a child... that was about 2,000 dives ago. *tee-hee!* Imagine mid-air somersaults, hanging in the air like you're sitting in an easy chair, letting light like a spiderweb of refraction warm your back.

Last night I had a very symbolic dream that forced me to wake up.
My teeth started to break into pieces of weird shapes.
Then, with a sort of strange coughs or sneezes, I started to expel them and from the gengivas a gross foam filled my mouth: I looked at myself in a mirror and realized that itwas made of little translucent pink things similar to fish-eggs.
Someone called my old primary school teacher to help me. When she arrived I stood up and had a stronger contraction, making long ribbons of black tiny pearls leak out and hangfrom the gums to the ground. I heard the old teacher say sententiously: "very nasty".
Then I woke up.-
