After reading comment by @ktrose REgarding website in itself: Have tweakers suggest a stranger known by one of us who needs a lift. Send comics, good well cards, five dollar bill, or drawings, etc in the mail focused on an identified need.

Reply to @ktrose: Right... with the sole purpose of bringing joy to some stranger. We'd never know, but have the sense that somewhere out there (a website of this sort) is delighting someone out there. I love this idea. My favorite tweak idea~~

Should there be parameters? I would like to see at least a theme. (perhaps similar to the 'random act of kindness" concept.) Who knows what is going on in his life. I would hate to spook him, but on the other hand-- we might just make his day and boost his self esteem! I like the idea of putting a positive spin on it.

Bill, can't you do better than that? What about when we thought your thumb was going to fall off until you got to the ER and the bleeding had stopped. Or the scull scar. I am more concerned bout that lead!

I recently had the same thing happen, and had a skin graph and VAC on it following surgery. Its a good lesson~! I would have posted mine, but its not at the scar stage yet, and too gross to look at. Now I will know what mine scar might look like, and a little dip where they dug it out~ You are a brave soul.

This was given to me by a Vietnamese man who had just arrived from a Refugee Camp. It was folded up tightly, in a little brown sandwich bag, and given to me in a humble manner. When I got home I unfolded it, and realized it was 2' by 3'. I later found that he had worked for two years on this.....the finest needlepoint I have ever seen. It actually looks like a painting. It is now framed and in my office, and one of my greatest possessions!
