Just to be clear, this mission is meant for a NEW stranger - not someone you took a photo of in the past.
If your arresting officer is a stranger, photos of him/her will suffice. :)

My greatest concern is that this is taking place on a Saturday, a day I often don't come in contact with other people.

Slappin' on the zoom lens and heading out to stalk celebrities :) or just people I can pretend are celebrities. rofl.. This one is a bit creepy. Too bad I'm off. I photograph strangers for a living. As a photographer for a radio station (They post all their events on their website).. But not tomorrow!
