This isn't my favorite item I've saved from childhood (that is still at my mom's house in MN) but this is close...this is a Seawees Baby Mermaid doll circa 1979. It was my oldest sister's originally but became one of many hand-me-downs. We had the big mermaids with long hair too (inset) but only the baby survived. They were the best bath toys ever!

I remember the ones with hair too! After a while they only had a couple strands. You'd make me play with this one while you got the ones with the hair. I remember that, too.
