  @athanie: I am highly allergic to 11- 17 year-olds. They can be really hateful. babies and small children are delightful.

  I wish people who let their cats roam outside would keep this in mind. My neighbor was rushed to the hospital after sitting in his backyard deck because his other neighbor refuses to keep her cat inside. The cat was under the deck. The doctor thinks in breathed in a cat hair.

  She STILL lets her cat run about the place.

  Well, if it makes you feel better, Brazil nuts are extremely high in calories. They also have the 'bad' fats in abundance.

  Salmon, codeine, sulfa. If you feed them to me, you'll see them again in a few minutes.

  One positive thing about getting older: your allergy symptoms may seem less severe. I was miserable with tree and ragweed pollen as a kid, but now I barely have a sniffle.

    I forgot all about "seasonal allergies"....suffering right now. Ugh. I think they're actually getting worse as I get older. So you're lucky if they're much less!

  Eastern white pine, Pinus strobus, has long, soft needles. I always stroke the plant when I walk by it. And the tree wooshes and sighs when the wind blows.

  For certain the next one. About every one has a camera now. I hope you get one soon. Having a camera in you pocket at all times changes the way you interact with the world.
