@rabbitdan: You Brits are so creative! I just watched a vid of Jamie Oliver folding some into a blancmange. And all along I assumed it was just another fat-free topping. It's quite healthy -- not a trace of transfats, palm oil or high-fructose corn syrup.

Not available where I live, but I'd like to try it. Is something you add while cooking -- an ingredient? Or something you add to your serving?

@merendis: Let's say 'tangy-savory.' Not hot. When I asked our waiter,he just shrugged and said "herbs." Cumin is the dominant spice, but I can't separate out the other flavors at all.

Americans stumble on the pronounciation of 'Worcestershire.' That's why we say 'Lea and Perrins,' instead.

All, I very much enjoyed this mission! I spent four hours trying to find all the sculpture I could.
I captured on my blog all the things I found.Go to: http://passepartout.posterous.com/sculpture-mission-find-as-much-sculpture-as-y

Enjoyed the blog post! Got me to thinking about the quantity and variety of sculpture I could capture in 4 hours. I thought there might be a web site devoted to local sculpture & found a Los Angeles group called Save Outdoor Sculptures! (SOS!). They have an interesting web listing with lots of links to the actual sculptures: http://www.publicartinla.com/sculptures/sos_laartists_a-c.html

@merendis: his heresy was his challenge to the official religion and the ultimate power of the theocracy. He shelved the priests (temporarily) and tried to establish a religion around a single god, Ra. Ra is in the papyrus, above, as the red orb with rays of love hitting Ahkenaten.
Ahkenaten deliberately exaggerated his physique in his commissioned portraits. I did see a 'normal' papyrus of him and his family. They had normal proportions.
