I beg of you, please use your turning signal. If you cut me off while using a turning signal, I'll rage and soon control myself; but if you cut me off without using a turning signal, I'll get on your ass and ride you like a cheap pony.

You're totally right. I've gotta say though, I don't like it when people use the turn signal as an excuse to cut you off either. Just because you signal doesn't mean you've got free reign to go the way you're signaling.
