I'm unsure of exactly what pride is and why I might or should feel it. I guess I'm proud of finishing my Masters degree recently and getting a distinction, which I worked stupidly hard for. It's complicated by different things, though. The work I did for it isn't as good as I'd like. That kind of thing. I have nothing of which I can be as purely proud as young (or adult) children. I have some good friends but pride doesn't feel like the right word there somehow. Erm.

you should be proud of your ability to channel your psyche through me... making my possessed hands type your will... using me as a meat puppet for your megalomaniac whims.
you should also be proud of your ability to swim the channel in under 18 hours... not many people can do that.

@coco-tidan: at least you're not a sock puppet.

You should be proud for having wielded that massive knife the other day (see 'Zombie Apocalypse' mission on 19th Oct) - I think that took enormous strength and determination.

@thetrustyyak: the knife sat in my hand and felt as light as the conscience of the first unicorn. I held it aloft with joy in my heart and the weight made no impression on my muscles. I then swiftly put it down, realising the implications.

I think you should be proud of Guinness and Cacolac!

@rabbitdan: I just guffawed up a little breakfast at the "as light as the conscience of the first unicorn" metaphor. Lovely.

@thetrustyyak: thanks. it's funny what a good knife'll do to you isn't it?
