Got woken up fairly early this morning to help a co-worker with tech support. I helped him, although it took about 15 minutes or so before I could speak full sentences.

I had this one or a similar flow chart hanging from my wall at work for a while. Until they moved me to a new office and I couldn't put anything up anymore.
