"Utilize" and "Enhance your <verb>ing experience". When a wannabee uses these words to sound smarter, it has the opposite effect. The next time some marketing weenie asks you what techniques his company can utilize to enhance your shopping experience, tell him you'd like a free bat you could use to take out the hopped up idiot marketing weenies while you shop.
