Me too! His book tour stopped in Austin, and my hubby and I got our copy signed and thanked him for teaching us how to steam broccoli correctly.

Haha, 'fold-out poster'? Now I have an image of AB as a pin-up. Uh oh. Quick, need to watch more of his shows to get this image out of my head. Or maybe read the book, when you're done with it. As long as it's not all recipes :)

Love AB! I met him at a demo/book signing for the Baking book he did. It was maybe 4-5 years ago in San Diego, he was very cool and a riot to watch. His demos were just like his show, he had 2 different ones. I was just so happy he is exactly like he seems on the show, and not a jerk at all.
