cheese and chocolate - ?
peanut butter with butter - with bread?
potato chips with potatoes - what kind of potatoes?
oatmeal with (mashed) tofu - why?
on the whole though this all pretty normal. we need some properly weird combinations. a session of culinary experimentation should happen.

I actually like a little bit of chocolate with cheese too. =) I'm not the only one!

@rabbitdan - yes; yes with bread; any kind of cooked potatoes but usually mashed or broiled; and, because it makes the oatmeal more filling without adding many calories or much flavor (unless I use a flavored kind which I don't but maybe should).
@coco-tidan - No, don't think so. Cheese goes fab w/wine and chocolate is a diff kind of strong offset flavor. Tons of texture variations of each possible. It's an acquired taste I guess. (but then so is everything.)
@robaba89 - Guess not! Glad I';m not the only one as well. Thanks.

!!! Cheese and chocolate FTW - I was scared I was gonna sound insane. When I was a kid I liked to eat cheese with cocoa pebbles. No milk.

I have given it some more thought, but cheese and chocolate still sounds strange to me :)

@robaba89 - Either, but its best on toast I think. It's something a kid I knew (as a kid) just loved and every now and then I have it. (I remember his name but no clue what he looked like. I was 5 or younger. weird what one remembers)
