There will be an orange at lunchtime, there's sun dried tomatoes (they count don't they? though the cut up pickles and olives probably don't), and cooked sprouted mung beans in my lunchtime noodle salad, shredded carrot, diced onion and celery, sprouted cooked mung beans and canned kidney beans in the tomato sauce that'll be part of dinner later. (usually there's a ton more veggies in the sauce but I was too tired to do all that, made it this past weekend).
Wouldn't say I'll manage decent "servings" (well, the orange will be) but I try. It's easier when you have a fridge full of veggies (which I don't have).Jun 25, 2012 05:57 by stephie
