I thought about finding an obscure indie rock song but this song came on the radio on the way to the grocery store and I was reminded how much it really gets me going and energized. I never grocery shopped like I did today. Thank you Survivor.

This rooster belongs to my friend Stephanie who moved to Germany. I went to hang out with her the day before she left and she was giving away all of her stuff. But she was sad to give this away because it was a random gift from her grandmother. I promised that I would hold onto it until she moved back to the states.

1) A burger from Gabby's. Absolutely, with a doubt the best burger I have ever had. And I don't even eat a lot of meat.
2) Olive and Sinclair Chocolate- Local chocolate company that makes amazing bars with different varieties including Salt and Pepper, Cinnamon and Chili and Cacao Nibs.
3) Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies- I finally perfected this recipe and it is so good. I use organic sugar and local eggs.

I'd SO MUCH rather smell BO than body scent maskers, like cologne and perfume. and scented deodorant. A bunch of BO would be a field of roses to me compared to cologne, lol.

This is the bookshelf in my office where I keep all the Neilson books for all our clinets' TV markets as well as copies of "Good" magazine and various things people around the office bought me. Just after I took the photo, I added a hat that my co-worker bought me while on her ski trip.

My parents chose Brady as my name because they liked it. There wasn't really much else to it. But they couldn't decide on a middle name so I got two: Matthew Randolph. Both are great, great grandfathers.
