I put this up today only to realize that I am allergic to it. Unfortunately, it was too much work and I think it looks nice so I'm just going to deal with it for the next few weeks.

It's entirely lovely, hearth warming and worth the effort (if not the allergies). I applaud your effort and wish you the merriest of holidays!
