yeah tweetdeck has got to be done, mind you its written in Adobe Air so expect maxed out CPUs whenever you use it..

If you're a mac, Tweetie is fantastic but costs. And of course there are ABSOLUTELY NO WAYS AROUND THAT AT ALL ;-)
If you're not a mac, i always used TweetDeck, but i can second @a_noob...Air really eats resources.
