@fstopblues365: I promise he isnt - he was a very well known British DJ known for launching (very good!) bands into the limelight - Mr. John Peel.

@fstopblues365: I've never ever thought of him like that. He's a legend of British Broadcasting and has a significant place in the hearts and minds of many British music fans. His name was John Peel. I've grown up with him and think of him on a par with Winnie the Pooh. Now you mention it he does look a bit scary in this picture.

I am looking without the perspective of history. and only at the form. but now that I'm educated, Hey he's not that scary after all. : )
