this is a hard one.. I've had japanese, chinese, vietnamese, spanish, australian, italian, ethiopian, cuban, lebanese, polish, indian, russian, (triple D stops have helped). Umm, I guess maybe some middle eastern food?

Wow, sounds like you have tried quite a few dishes. I wish I was so adventurous when it comes to food. I usually play it safe.
