I was trying to think of a class that would teach people skills, working under pressure, responsibility and punctuality. How about a co-op job instead of a class? I think every student should have to spend at least 3 months working at a job in the service industry. Fast food is good. If you can stand on your feet for 8 hours, deal with angry customers, get called in to work at funny times and have to balance school, work, and the rest of your life I think it really helps make you a more well-rounded person.

Symphanix. It's not technically a real word. A friend and I made it up years ago to describe a piece of music that completely blows your mind. It can't be illustrated visually, it has to be heard, and its different to every person.

I'm also fascinated with treehouses. A big one, with porches and lots of sunlight inside. Somewhere to lay with a book for hours and hours. And a slide and fireman's pole to get down. Because that's just plain fun.

My husband is getting a book on treehouses for xmas! I'm so excited, I want to look at it too. I love the fireman's pole idea.
